Line Cooks

Chef Soerke Peters is looking for full time line cooks. 

The perfect candidate will have experience in full service restaurants, be a seasoned line cook, must be very detail oriented, works clean, understands volume, how to work as a team player, great attitude, always upbeat and willing to lend a hand, 100% committed to the job and willing to show up and be present at every shift, NO CALLING IN, is reliable and punctual, understands a sense of urgency, never just standing around waiting for direction, knows how to stay busy and utilize your time on the clock. Doesn't take themselves too seriously, likes to have fun, doesn't mind cooking next to a CHEF.

We make everything from scratch (all pasta made in-house), and buy only the best possible ingredients. 

NO DRAMA-NO ATTITUDES! We're looking for a long-term employees that will be with us for the long haul, this is a year round position and you will not be laid off. We are incredibly busy, you can start immediately or wait for a 2 week notice to be given at a current position.

Set schedules available – We will be closed Sundays - Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.

4pm - close - WILL WORK AROUND OTHER JOB - great wage and 3% of server tips distributed to kitchen crew.
